ReservationEach reservation has a designated dining period. Regardless of arrival time, all guests must vacate their table by the agreed-upon end time.
This policy ensures that all guests can enjoy their meal and helps us manage our seating effectively.
Cancellation & No showWhile we do not charge a cancellation fee, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon aspossible so we can offer the table to other guests.
Please note that a bank card details is required to reserve a table and a no-show fee of $50 per person will be applied for reservations that arenot honoured. $50 fee per person for missed bookings and $25 for cancellation within 24 hours. This no-show fee also applies to groups if some members do not attend.
Group Bookings- For group bookings, a deposit is required depending on the number of guests.- The deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least two week inadvance. Please email us at reserve@onetreebuffet.co.nz
Food waste Policy- While we encourage our guests to enjoy a hearty meal, we also ask that you take only what you can eat.- To minimize food waste, a fee may be applied for excessive leftover food. Your cooperation helps us maintain our commitment to sustainability.
